Our Team

Meet Shawna

Founder

The art of hospitality has always held a special place in my heart. A graduate of MSU at The School of Hospitality, I thank my midwest roots for grounding me into where and who I am today.

From the deserts of California to the mountains of Aspen, CO and now to the shores of Cape May, NJ where I share my home with my fiancé, his three goofball kiddos and my old girl companion, Bernadette (the dog).

My tenure expands within the roles of Banquets, Food & Beverage, Operations and Production with a passion for curating experiences that are unique and customized.

So what makes me different? I have collaborated with some of the most impressive creative geniuses in the industry and traveled the world to immerse myself in the art of hospitality. We craft your story into each aspect of the guest experience. I thrive facing a good challenge and cherish all the little moments that make up the chapters in our journey. So I invite you to be a part of this adventure - it's going to be epic.

Meet Denise

After traveling the globe as a Director of Training & Development, I managed many special events and private parties for retail companies big and small. A New York and New Jersey native, I share my Wildwood Crest home with my husband Dave, and our three active boys.

Having planned my own wedding in December 2022, I love assisting our brides and grooms planning their own special day. Seeing everyone happy, excited, and having a great time brings me great joy and fuels my enthusiasm for designing and planning events.

Meet Laura

With a professional background in luxury fashion, interior photography, and non-profit event planning, I bring a unique mix of creativity and passion to my work. I have successfully planned and executed a wide range of events, including intimate dinners, large scale culinary fundraisers and galas, as well as my own wedding in Philadelphia in 2022. My attention to detail coupled with my visual prowess are some of my best attributes when designing events. Above all, however, I love that events give us the ability to come together in meaningful and memorable ways.

Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in the local small business community, hiking, cooking, and am new to gardening. I am originally from Pennsylvania and recently relocated to the Cape May area from Philadelphia with my husband and our two dogs.

Meet Kelly

With a background in food and beverage operations, a passion for design, and a natural ability to stay calm under pressure, I create stress-free experiences for couples on their big day. Whether managing timelines or adapting to last-minute changes, I take pride in bringing order to the chaos so every event unfolds effortlessly. From coordinating logistics to supporting clients, I thrive as the behind-the-scenes problem-solver who keeps everything running seamlessly.

After living in Hawaii, Southern California, and the Sierra Nevada Mountains, I’ve made my way back to New Jersey to settle down and raise my four kids at the Jersey Shore. When I’m not ensuring smooth event execution, I’m dreaming up new design ideas and making unforgettable memories with my children.

Meet Emma

Hailing from Texas, I bring a unique blend of southern hospitality and a passion for creating memorable experiences to events. While in school at the University of Texas at Austin, I began my work in the service industry where I spent my time crafting cocktails and organizing small scale events within the restaurant venues. My hands-on experience in fast-paced environments has sharpened my attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure. Throughout my career, I have honed the art of seamless service, understanding and anticipating client needs, and creating perfect moments during celebrations.

Having recently moved to Lewes, Delaware, I am excited to merge my love for hospitality with events that reflect your unique vision and style. In my spare time, you can find me exploring the coast with my dog, Maya, or trying new restaurants!
